 Here, the stones, after they have been prepared with chemicals and are washed, could be used for printing. This lithographic workshop was part of the book, newspaper and lithographic printing house previously known as G. J. Thieme, a large and modern company where electrically-driven typesetting machines and rotary presses were in use.
