 "De verstandige huys-houder" is the second part of the three-part edition "De wyse jaer-beschrijver", in which every aspect of farming is discussed: mowing, sowing, preserving, growing, slaughtering, hunting, bee keeping, wine conservation, animal health, crop protection, etc. Despite several guesses as to his identity, the compiler is still unknown.
