 This "Almanach der boekverkopers, drukkers en binders" (Almanac of the booksellers, printers and binders) of 1761 appeared only once. It is a much earlier precursor of the annual "Lijstenboek van de Vereeniging ter Bevordering van de Belangen des Boekhandels" (Book of Lists of the Netherlands Book Trade Association) now called "Adresboek Nederlandse uitgeverij en boekhandel" (Directory of the Netherlands publishing companies and bookshops). Apart from a summary of valuable privileges of the booksellers' guild, the author, Hendrik Scheurleer, expounded the requirements which a good bookseller had to meet. There is also a list of all books published in 1760.
